Print the paper submission form and drop it in the box with your cards. It’s how we match your package to your Order # the moment it arrives, with no processing delays.

You’ll need a sturdy box, penny sleeves with pull tabs, semi-rigid sleeves, and a shipping label. USPS Priority Mail boxes are free, and you can print a label from home.
Place each card in a penny sleeve with a pull tab, then slide it into a semi-rigid sleeve. The tab lets our team remove your card safely, without damage.
Stack up to 20 cards, sandwich the stack between two pieces of cardboard cut slightly larger than the cards, and wrap with rubber bands. Snug, not tight.
Set the stack in your box with bubble wrap or packing peanuts so nothing moves. Add your printed submission form before you seal it.
Ship via USPS with tracking. Our address is a PO Box, so other couriers may mark the package “delivered” before it actually reaches us, which delays check-in.

Buying the same setup yourself usually means bulk minimums (50-count semi-rigids, 1,000-count penny sleeves, multi-packs of boxes) plus the cost of a label, which adds up to around $42. The kit gives you exactly what you need for one submission at $5. Pack your cards the same way shown above, include your printed form, and use the prepaid label.

Submissions are picked up every Monday & Friday. You’ll receive a check-in confirmation email within 1-3 business days of pickup. After that, follow grading progress live from your order dashboard.

They hold cards securely so nothing shifts in transit, and the penny sleeve pull tab makes it easy for our team to remove your card at check-in without damage. Top loaders, screw-downs and acrylic holders leave room for movement and can cause damage on the way to us.
