How to submit your cards

Finished your online submission? Four steps to pack your cards safely and get them to our PO Box in Henderson, NV.

Print your submission form

Print the paper submission form and drop it in the box with your cards. It’s how we match your package to your Order # the moment it arrives, with no processing delays.

Fill in the Order # from your confirmation email before you pack it.

Gather your shipping supplies

You’ll need a sturdy box, penny sleeves with pull tabs, semi-rigid sleeves, and a shipping label. USPS Priority Mail boxes are free, and you can print a label from home.

Ordered the $5 Submission Kit at checkout? Skip this step. Your kit arrives with a prepaid shipping label, sleeves, semi-rigid holders and a shipping box.

Pack your cards the right way

Sleeve each card

Place each card in a penny sleeve with a pull tab, then slide it into a semi-rigid sleeve. The tab lets our team remove your card safely, without damage.

Stack & secure

Stack up to 20 cards, sandwich the stack between two pieces of cardboard cut slightly larger than the cards, and wrap with rubber bands. Snug, not tight.

Box it up

Set the stack in your box with bubble wrap or packing peanuts so nothing moves. Add your printed submission form before you seal it.

Skip top loaders, screw-downs and acrylic holders. They let cards shift in transit and can cause damage. Semi-rigid sleeves are the industry standard for grading submissions.

Yes. The online submission creates your order and Order #. The printed copy goes in the box so we can match your package the moment it arrives. Download the submission form (PDF).

Your kit ships to you with a prepaid tracked label, penny sleeves, semi-rigid holders and a shipping box. Buying the same setup yourself usually means bulk minimums (50-count semi-rigids, 1,000-count penny sleeves, multi-packs of boxes) plus the cost of a label, which adds up to around $42. The kit gives you exactly what you need for one submission at $5. Pack your cards the same way shown above, include your printed form, and use the prepaid label.

We strongly recommend USPS. Our address is a PO Box, and with other couriers your tracking may say “delivered” before the package actually reaches us, which can delay your check-in confirmation.

Submissions are picked up every Monday & Friday. You’ll receive a check-in confirmation email within 1-3 business days of pickup. After that, follow grading progress live from your order dashboard.
